About The Position

Clark is seeking a Business Development Leader to grow its relationships and project pipeline across West Michigan. The leader owns relationships and the pipeline across a set of markets and geographies, collaborating with Market Sector Leads, project teams, and Marketing on opportunity decisions and pursuit strategy. The role may also support K-12 and government clients with bond campaigns. The position is based in Clark’s Grand Rapids office and supports clients throughout West Michigan. Ideal candidates live in or near Grand Rapids, Holland, Muskegon, Kalamazoo, Wyoming, or nearby communities. Success includes building a strong local network and pipeline, contributing to active pursuits and early wins, growing Clark’s Grand Rapids presence in new markets, and mentoring future client-facing leaders. The role offers a path toward broader business development and market leadership positions.
