Business Development Director

NSC Global•Remote (Any US State),

About The Position

NSC Global delivers global network implementation, IT infrastructure, and support solutions to organizations worldwide. As a Cisco Global Gold Certified Partner, it designs, deploys, supports, and manages global IT communications and technology services. The Business Development Director is responsible for accelerating NSC Global’s growth across the US market through new business development. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and converting revenue opportunities among enterprise customers, Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value Added Resellers (VARs), data center providers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and direct customers. The director opens new accounts, creates demand, builds a sales pipeline, and converts opportunities into profitable, long-term customer relationships. This consultative, entrepreneurial position involves understanding customer challenges and positioning NSC solutions, from targeted projects to complex, multi-year managed services and outsourcing engagements. The director works with Sales, Operations, Service Delivery, Solutions, and Executive Leadership, and owns performance against agreed revenue, margin, pipeline, and new-logo targets.
