About The Position

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Business Development Coordinator to handle inbound and outbound communications with potential and existing customers and generate sales and service appointments. The role supports dealership objectives by helping create a seamless customer experience and working closely with sales, service, and management teams.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and professionally.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries about vehicle sales and service needs.
Schedule sales and service appointments and provide a positive customer experience.
Identify and qualify sales leads and convert them into opportunities for the sales team.
Follow up promptly with interested customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Update and maintain accurate, complete customer information in the dealership’s CRM system.
Stay informed about dealership promotions, vehicle features, and service offerings to communicate effectively with customers.
Meet individual and departmental goals related to customer interactions, appointments, and lead conversions.
Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to support dealership objectives and improve the customer experience.
