About The Position
We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team. The role involves initial communication with clients about the company’s product and service offerings. The right candidate is a team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
- Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
- Prompt and courteous demeanor.
- Positive and hardworking personality.
- Strong computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to appropriate dealership resources.
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
- Follow up with leads who are not ready to make an appointment or who do not show up.
- Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
- Use the CRM tracking system daily.
