About The Position

ZT Labels, a division within the Zippertubing family of companies, is hiring a Business Development and Growth Specialist to identify and develop opportunities for business growth. ZT Labels provides identification products for wire and cable management, medical, cable ties, and other specialized applications. The company offers the stability of an established business with the opportunity to help grow a smaller business, and leadership is willing to invest in equipment and capabilities when there is a strong opportunity to expand. This hands-on role combines business development, customer engagement, marketing strategy, and commercial problem-solving. The specialist will identify new customers, markets, applications, and growth opportunities; develop approaches to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and grow revenue; and recommend improvements to the website, digital presence, and customer experience. The role explores SEO, digital marketing, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, direct marketing, and lead generation. The specialist builds customer relationships, researches markets and customer segments, collaborates with Operations and Production to align opportunities with capabilities, and shares customer and market insights with leadership. The position does not require personally designing or coding a website or creating every marketing asset; it involves developing ideas and priorities and working with internal and external resources to implement them. The role begins as an individual contributor and works alongside Operations and Production leadership, with potential to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership role as the business expands. The position is full-time and onsite in Tempe, Arizona, with a Monday–Thursday 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. schedule and Friday 6:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. schedule.
