Business Data Analyst

As a Business Data Analyst at doxo, you will be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert on doxo data and supporting the business through data-driven decision making. Your role will involve building and enhancing scalable data solutions, collaborating with key stakeholders to meet data needs, and creating reports and dashboards. • Become the subject matter expert on doxo data and support the business through data-driven decision making
• Build, maintain, and enhance scalable data solutions that provide actionable insights to the business
• Partner with key business stakeholders to ensure data needs are met and support the creation of reports and dashboards
• Communicate data issues to business leaders in a clear and concise manner
• Prioritize data, reporting, and analytics needs and deliver outcomes
• Support the management of data policies and governance
• Synthesize complex business needs into data sources, KPIs, and dashboards
• Utilize BI/visualization tools, with knowledge of Sigma Computing as a bonus
• Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Balance long-term goals with short-term urgent needs
• Possess strong executive-level communication skills
• Build relationships, deliver credibility, and drive influence across all levels of the organization

• Data curious analyst with 3+ years of experience synthesizing complex business needs into data sources, KPIs and dashboards
• 3+ years of BI/visualization tools experience a must; bonus if you know Sigma Computing
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize long-term goals with short-term urgent needs
• 3+ years of experience in roles that required strong executive-level communication skills
• Ability to build relationships, deliver credibility and drive influence across all levels of the organization
