About The Position

The UNC School of Government is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for the role of Business Coordinator for Public Service Matters, a program of the UNC Chapel Hill School of Government. The Business Coordinator will provide business support to the Public Service Matters team. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the Lead for NC fellowship and other initiatives of Public Service Matters by engaging in financial tracking, budget reconciliation, grant administration, project tracking, and other similar administrative tasks to support the director, faculty lead, other staff, and fellows in the field. This position requires the successful candidate to be a self-starter, excellent communicator, well-organized, and a key player in assuring the financial sustainability and administration of Public Service Matters. This position is contingent upon the continuing availability of funds from sources other than continuing state budget funds or permanent trust funds.
