One of our clients within Oil and Gas are looking to onboard a Business Readiness Coordinator to help with a major standing program, that will help with organizing, tracking, and advancing cross functional readiness activities. This program involves a major ERP modernization managing the gap between the new system’s capabilities and the organization’s current processes, culture, and readiness for change. Because ERP programs often transform everything from workflows to data structures, the coordinator must align stakeholder expectations, ensure process owners understand upcoming impacts, and drive consistent adoption across diverse business units.
