Business Consultants deliver comprehensive business consulting and practice management advice, solutions, and expertise to AssetMark advisors and partner relationships. AssetMark Business Consultants work closely with the AssetMark sales team members to deliver unparalleled consulting value, drive client awareness, deepen partnerships, develop direct business strategies, perform business assessments, make recommendations, and identify solutions. This role is responsible for improving the business performance, client satisfaction, and value for engaged offices and advisors, and must demonstrate knowledge of industry best practices across core business areas. Business Consultants are responsible for conducting business assessments, providing direction, education, and advice, supporting work-product development, and designing, documenting, and implementing resources with and for advisors. Business Consultants must be able to speak with prospects, facilitate discussions, and deliver live and virtual presentations to large and small groups. Business Consultants may spend up to 50% of their time traveling to client offices, speaking engagements, and professional development seminars.
