Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated leads. This role requires executing aggressive prospecting strategies to engage key decision-makers, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale and implementation. The Business Consultant will negotiate pricing and scope of service, finalize client agreements, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast to achieve sales goals. The position involves continuous learning of industry trends, products, and services, conducting thorough analysis and planning for client needs, and staying informed about competitors. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of services, conducting client meetings during implementation, and providing strategic guidance based on data analysis are key aspects. The role also includes preparing executive summaries, developing lead generation strategies using Salesforce, and consistently meeting sales quotas. Accurate completion of new business paperwork and activity reports is required. The Business Consultant will also participate in consulting meetings, provide training to team members, and travel frequently for meetings, client visits, events, and training. Building and maintaining relationships across the company is essential, as is staying updated on best practices through webinars and training. Additional projects as assigned by a supervisor will also be part of the role.
