Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a proactive and motivated Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated leads. This role involves executing aggressive prospecting to reach key decision-makers, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation, and negotiating pricing and scope. The Business Consultant will also be responsible for completing sales paperwork, finalizing client service agreements, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, and consistently meeting sales targets.
