About The Position

Join Bluerock TMS as a Business Consultant in a hands-on, client-facing role where you will actively support our Business Development strategy. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to convert prospects into satisfied customers. You will directly engage with small, medium and large size enterprises in multiple geographical areas, assisting them in their supply chain transformation. This role is ideal for someone in the early to mid stage of their career who is eager to learn, grow, and make a direct impact within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience, preferably within a SaaS company in a customer-facing, presales, or consulting role.
  • A hands-on, self-driven individual who enjoys learning by doing rather than managing.
  • Someone with strong drive, curiosity, and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in technology, AI, and how these can drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Someone that enjoys crafting demos and narratives that resonate with stakeholders.
  • Solid business acumen with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and strong initiative are required for success in this role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for new technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or interest in logistics and supply chain is a strong plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying the customer’s needs and key stakeholders in the purchasing process.
  • Support RFI/RFP responses with a clear understanding of customer needs and the Bluerock TMS value proposition.
  • Create and deliver supplementary presentation materials in support of customer-specific demonstrations using modern tools.
  • Effectively deliver product demos while emphasizing elements that are most aligned with the urgent needs of the customer.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to help drive the sales process and ensure key deliverables are completed.
  • Participate and promote Bluerock TMS in networking and marketing events.
  • Support the creation of transition documentation for Professional Services and assist in “Sales to Services” handover meetings.
