Develop, manage, and grow the B2B client base and sales pipeline. Leverage and cultivate relationships, facilitate project-based solutions, and work with our partners at the Field Support Center to close large volume orders. Promote our diverse product assortment and best in class services to prospective clients through a variety of outreach methods inclusive of cold calling, office/site visits, email communication, networking events, conferences, and trade shows. Proactively seek opportunities for expansion with verticals to include Developers, Not for Profits, Senior Living, Education, Healthcare, Government, To the Trade, Hospitality, etc. Work closely with Sales Director to identify new opportunities, generate proposals, understand ROI of projects, and drive sales growth. Maintain and track business pipeline. Manage all sales order procedures from proposal to delivery. Attend deliveries when possible. Monitor competitive landscape and customer reviews.
