About The Position

Develop, manage, and grow the B2B client base and sales pipeline. Leverage and cultivate relationships, facilitate project-based solutions, and work with our partners at the Field Support Center to close large volume orders. Promote our diverse product assortment and best in class services to prospective clients through a variety of outreach methods inclusive of cold calling, office/site visits, email communication, networking events, conferences, and trade shows. Proactively seek opportunities for expansion with verticals to include Developers, Not for Profits, Senior Living, Education, Healthcare, Government, To the Trade, Hospitality, etc. Work closely with Sales Director to identify new opportunities, generate proposals, understand ROI of projects, and drive sales growth. Maintain and track business pipeline. Manage all sales order procedures from proposal to delivery. Attend deliveries when possible. Monitor competitive landscape and customer reviews.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of directly relevant sales experience.
  • Prior experience in B2B or retail required.
  • An established Book of Business in our target market.
  • A proven track record of driving meaningful sales growth.
  • The ability to build relationships with the internal and external customer.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel at minimum of 50% of the time.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Space Planning ability to determine allotment and placement of furniture while ensuring project within budget.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
