Business Banking Officer
About The Position
In this role, the Business Banking Officer proactively pursues Sales within the Small Business Segment by working with existing and forming connections with potential new Small Business client's to help them reach their financial goals. The Business Banker also leverages Credit Analysis skills to properly grow their portfolio and does due diligence to maintain compliance standards, as well as policies and procedures. If you are someone who is highly motivated, with like-minded banking or finance experience, and wants to make a positive impact with the Small Businesses within our communities, this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
