About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Business Banker in Consumer Banking and Lending to build, maintain, and grow relationships with business banking clients in branches. The role manages a portfolio of low- to moderately complex business clients, typically with $500,000 to $2 million in annual sales, and owns the client journey from onboarding and relationship deepening to acquiring new clients. The banker provides a branded, client-centric experience and helps position Wells Fargo as a trusted partner. This is a Loan Originator (LO) position requiring LO registration at the time of employment and compliance with applicable Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and Wells Fargo policies. The role is based in Phoenix, Arizona, with banker placements potentially within 10 miles of the applied-to branch. Visa sponsorship is not available.
