About The Position

This is a part-time instructor pool position for the 2026-2027 academic year. The role involves teaching business associate courses and requires sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students. Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, business management, business administration, accountancy, finance, marketing, or business education.
• OR bachelor’s degree in any of the above AND master’s degree in economics, personnel management, public administration, or JD or LL.B. degree.
• OR bachelor’s degree in economics with a business emphasis AND Master’s in personnel management, public administration, or JD or LL.B. degree.
• OR a valid appropriate California Community College Credential in the discipline area.
• OR the equivalent.
• Sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
