About The Position
This application is for current 2026 Columbus PeopleShores Apprentices who successfully complete the Columbus PeopleShores Apprentice Program by December 2026. As a Tech Associate in Accenture Technology Centers (ATCs), you will work alongside experienced architects and developers to help design, configure, and test technology solutions addressing clients’ business challenges. You will gain hands-on experience on live projects, supported by structured training and mentoring. The role works onsite three days a week with clients and partners or in Accenture offices and delivery centers to support collaboration and client relationships. Some in-person time is expected for collaboration, learning, and relationship-building, with flexibility to support work/life needs. Requirements
- Successfully complete the Columbus PeopleShores Apprentice Program by December 2026.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Support the definition of requirements for complex client technology challenges.
- Assist with configuring and testing business application solutions.
- Help create and deliver platform and custom-designed solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support multiple products within a platform, partnering with product, user experience, network operations, and software development teams.
- Contribute to end-to-end project implementation plans to help ensure on-time client delivery.
- Assist with data modeling, reporting, and visualization tasks.
- Document requirements, test results, and solution designs.
- Participate in training, certification preparation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
