About The Position

JTEC Consulting LLC is seeking a Business Architect with deep functional expertise in U.S. Air Force Financial Management (AF FM), Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials, and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems to support a USAF modernization initiative. The role serves as a strategic liaison between Air Force financial stakeholders and technical teams, shaping future-state processes, requirements, solution blueprints, and Oracle EBS implementation activities. The Business Architect analyzes complex financial workflows, reengineers business processes, and ensures Oracle EBS solutions meet Air Force financial accountability and system requirements, including integration with MRO processes.

The position is on-site and may be based at Robins AFB, Georgia; Tinker AFB, Oklahoma; or Hill AFB, Utah. A current Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship without dual citizenship are required. Relocation assistance may be considered for candidates outside the commuting area, and business travel may be required.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship; dual citizenship is not permitted.
• Current Secret clearance at a minimum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of functional and business process experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, including hands-on functional configuration and full-lifecycle implementations.
• 10+ years of business process design, implementation, and transformation experience, including hands-on work with MRO systems.
• Deep functional knowledge of U.S. Air Force Financial Management processes, including hands-on expertise with DEAMS.
• Demonstrated experience supporting ERP implementations in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working in a blended government-contractor environment.
• Availability to work on-site.
• Availability to support business travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within the past two years supporting USAF FM modernization programs, specifically Air Force MROi and/or MRO-S.
• Functional expertise or implementation experience with Oracle EBS Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
• Familiarity with Oracle Complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (cMRO) or Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (eAM).
• Familiarity with legacy Air Force logistics and financial interface systems such as D035J/FIABS, SMAS, or related FMO systems, to inform data migration, transition, and cutover strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial modernization and its integration with MRO operations.
• Analyze current-state USAF financial management and maintenance operations to design future-state solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, process-design workshops, and business process reengineering efforts for financial workflows.
• Develop process blueprints, functional requirements, KPIs, and solution documentation focused on financial reporting, accounting, and MRO integration.
• Own one or more functional areas or modules within Oracle EBS Financials, including DEAMS, and provide functional leadership.
• Partner with Agile/Scrum teams to ensure Oracle EBS configurations and development align with financial management business requirements and auditability standards.
• Support Conference Room Pilots, blueprinting sessions, testing, and solution validation.
• Present system demonstrations and educate stakeholders on solution capabilities and financial process changes.
• Ensure quality standards, financial compliance, and business requirements are met throughout the implementation lifecycle.
