About The Position

JTEC Consulting LLC is seeking a Business Architect with deep functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) logistics to support a United States Air Force modernization initiative. The role serves as a strategic liaison between Air Force business stakeholders and technical execution teams, supporting future-state process design, requirements definition, solution blueprinting, and hands-on Oracle EBS implementation activities. The position focuses on analyzing complex maintenance operations, reengineering business workflows, and aligning Oracle EBS solutions with Air Force depot and maintenance mission requirements. Direct depot-level experience and recognized expertise in Air Force maintenance are required.

The position is on-site and may be located at Robins AFB, Georgia; Tinker AFB, Oklahoma; or Hill AFB, Utah. Relocation assistance may be considered for candidates outside the commuting area. A current Secret clearance is required. Candidates must be available for business travel as needed.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship.
• Current Secret clearance at a minimum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 10 or more years of functional and business process experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, including hands-on functional configuration and full-lifecycle implementations.
• 10 or more years of experience in business process design, implementation, and transformation.
• Direct professional experience supporting depot-level Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations within a Department of Defense environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting ERP implementations in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for a blended government-contractor environment.
• Availability to work on-site.
• Availability to support business travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within the past two years supporting U.S. Air Force depot-level maintenance operations or modernization programs, specifically Air Force MROi and/or MRO-S.
• Functional expertise or implementation experience with Oracle Complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (cMRO) or Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (eAM).
• Familiarity with legacy Air Force logistics and financial interface systems such as D035J/FIABS, SMAS, or related FMO systems, to inform data migration, transition, and cutover strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support MRO-S modernization and depot-level operations.
• Analyze current-state maintenance operations and design future-state solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, process-design workshops, and business process reengineering efforts.
• Develop process blueprints, functional requirements, KPIs, and solution documentation.
• Own one or more Oracle EBS functional areas or modules and provide functional leadership.
• Partner with Agile/Scrum teams to ensure Oracle EBS configurations and development align with business requirements.
• Support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), blueprinting sessions, testing, and solution validation.
• Present system demonstrations and educate stakeholders on solution capabilities and process changes.
• Ensure quality standards and business requirements are met throughout the implementation lifecycle.
