About The Position

JTEC Consulting LLC is seeking a Business Architect with deep functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) logistics to support a United States Air Force modernization initiative. The role serves as a strategic liaison between Air Force business stakeholders and technical execution teams, guiding future-state process design, requirements definition, solution blueprinting, and Oracle EBS implementation activities. The successful candidate will analyze complex maintenance operations, reengineer workflows, and align Oracle EBS solutions with Air Force depot and maintenance mission requirements. Direct depot-level experience and recognized expertise in Air Force maintenance are required.

This is an on-site position at Robins AFB, GA; Tinker AFB, OK; or Hill AFB, UT. Relocation assistance may be considered for candidates outside the commuting area. The position requires a current Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship, and availability for business travel as needed.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship; no dual citizenship.
• Current Secret clearance, at a minimum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of functional and business process experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, including hands-on functional configuration and full-lifecycle implementations.
• 10+ years of experience in business process design, implementation, and transformation.
• Direct professional experience supporting depot-level Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations in a Department of Defense environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting ERP implementations in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for a blended government-contractor environment.
• Availability to work on-site.
• Availability to support business travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within the past two years supporting U.S. Air Force depot-level maintenance operations or modernization programs, specifically Air Force MROi and/or MRO-S.
• Functional expertise or implementation experience with Oracle Complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (cMRO) or Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (eAM).
• Familiarity with legacy Air Force logistics and financial interface systems, such as D035J/FIABS, SMAS, or related FMO systems, to inform data migration, transition, and cutover strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support MRO-S modernization and depot-level operations.
• Analyze current-state maintenance operations and design future-state solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, process design workshops, and business process reengineering efforts.
• Develop process blueprints, functional requirements, KPIs, and solution documentation.
• Own one or more Oracle EBS functional areas or modules and provide functional leadership.
• Partner with Agile/Scrum teams to ensure Oracle EBS configurations and development align with business requirements.
• Support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), blueprinting sessions, testing, and solution validation.
• Present system demonstrations and educate stakeholders on solution capabilities and process changes.
• Ensure quality standards and business requirements are met throughout the implementation lifecycle.
