  • Ability to explain technical issues, options, risks, and recommendations clearly to business users, technical teams, leaders, auditors, and external partners.

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Azure integration services, Azure DevOps, Git, or comparable development and automation platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise document management, records governance, metadata, retention, controlled documents, or engineering-document workflows.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, inventory, procurement, order management, costing, quality, traceability, and shop-floor business processes.
  • Experience supporting validated, regulated, customer-controlled, or audit-sensitive business processes and maintaining appropriate testing evidence.
  • Relevant certifications in IFS, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, business analysis, integration, IT service management, or project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the design, configuration standards, roadmap, documentation, and lifecycle strategy for assigned business applications, ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, cost-effective, supportable, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Configure, extend, test, deploy, and support IFS Cloud functionality across relevant business areas, favoring standard capabilities and using controlled customization when justified.
  • Analyze business processes and requirements, and create solution designs, functional specifications, technical requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
  • Develop and support integrations among IFS Cloud, MES, document management, data platforms, manufacturing systems, vendor applications, and other enterprise services using APIs, messaging, file exchange, and scheduled interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain application workflows, events, notifications, reports, dashboards, data extracts, queries, and automation to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Use SQL, APIs, scripting, low-code tools, and approved development frameworks to troubleshoot data issues, automate repeatable work, and deliver maintainable application enhancements.

  • Plan and execute application upgrades, service updates, patches, configuration changes, and releases with documented risk assessment, testing, approval, deployment, rollback, and post-implementation validation.
  • Create and maintain test plans, regression suites, validation evidence, defect records, release notes, and user-acceptance testing coordination for business-critical changes.
  • Monitor application health, interfaces, scheduled jobs, data synchronization, error queues, performance, and capacity; address recurring issues through root-cause analysis and preventive controls.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents involving application behavior, configuration, data, reporting, integrations, workflow, security, and vendor-supported components.
  • Maintain application inventories, configuration records, interface catalogs, data flows, technical diagrams, runbooks, recovery procedures, support documentation, and knowledge articles.
  • Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data and Analytics, ERP, MES, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, HR, Finance, and external providers to deliver coordinated solutions and measurable business outcomes.
  • Protect data confidentiality, integrity, availability, traceability, and recoverability in accordance with TQI policy, customer requirements, audit expectations, and applicable controls.
  • Guide vendors and consultants, review proposed designs and statements of work, validate deliverables, manage technical dependencies, and ensure solutions meet TQI standards for security, support, cost, and maintainability.
  • Train and support business users, process owners, analysts, and IT staff through documentation, demonstrations, knowledge transfer, and role-appropriate guidance.
  • Lead assigned initiatives from discovery through design, build, testing, deployment, adoption, stabilization, and transition to support while communicating status, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual entry, improve first-pass data quality, strengthen controls, increase reporting transparency, and reduce application support effort.
