Job Description: Lead strategic initiatives that improve business performance through process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and operational governance. Partner across business, analytics, technology, and operational teams to identify opportunities, align stakeholders, implement scalable solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes. Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring initiatives move from concept to sustainable operational practices.

Requirements

Typically 6-10 years work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
Advanced university degree (MBA desired) or demonstrable equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, visibility, and organizational effectiveness.
Identify process improvement opportunities and design standardized solutions across teams, functions, and business units.
Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with differing priorities, helping teams establish common goals, ownership models, and execution plans.
Translate business requirements into actionable solutions by partnering with data, analytics, technology, and operational teams.
Develop governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and management processes that improve execution consistency and accountability.
Design and implement KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that support leadership decision-making.
Drive adoption of new technologies, automation capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
Manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and workstreams from planning through implementation.
Create executive communications, project updates, business cases, and presentations that clearly articulate objectives, risks, progress, and outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance business operations.
