About The Position

Wipro is hiring a Business Analyst for its AI and Automation team. The role performs initial business analysis and creates basic process documents, helping team members understand client requirements and supporting early-stage analysis and documentation. The Business Systems Analyst designs automated solutions for existing business processes and supports process redesign in line with business requirements and the organization’s digital strategy. Facets experience with business analysis is mandatory.

The position works with business partners and cross-functional technology and product teams to identify needs, establish project scope, assess feasibility, document requirements, and deliver solutions that meet business and quality expectations. It also supports quality assurance and user acceptance testing, manages product backlog items, and communicates progress, risks, and issues to leadership, partners, and stakeholders. The role is expected to learn and adopt AI tools in support of its responsibilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years soliciting, reviewing, and analyzing business requirements.
• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• 2+ years of experience with claims.
• 2+ years of experience creating and maintaining effective professional relationships.
• 2+ years of healthcare experience.
• 1+ years of experience gathering and working through business and/or technical requirements.
• 1+ years of experience communicating with leadership.
• 2+ years of proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Mandatory: Facets experience with business analysis.
• Mandatory skill: HC - Payor.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Visio.
• 1+ years of experience working on automation or project redesign projects.
• 1+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• 1+ year of experience with SQL.
• 1+ year of experience with SAS, Tableau, Jira, or Rally.
• 1+ year of leadership presentation experience.
• 1+ year of experience understanding workflow-based logic and conceptualizing it as an automated solution.
• 1+ year of experience with AI/ML and Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Work with business partners to identify business needs and project scope, conduct feasibility analysis, and prioritize deliverables.
• Define needs and primary objectives, and develop and document business requirements so client needs are captured and delivered.
• Collaborate with developers, quality assurance analysts, architects, business partners, and other technology teams to ensure requirements and designs are understood.
• Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing by writing test scripts, executing test cases, and documenting defects.
• Help ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and non-functional requirements and address the stated business need.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute product roadmaps and release plans.
• Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, including defining user stories and acceptance criteria and assessing defect impact.
• Communicate progress, status, risks, and issues to Automation Leadership, partners, and stakeholders; solve problems and provide timely responses and solutions.
• Learn and adopt AI tools to support key roles and responsibilities.
