About The Position

Wipro Limited is hiring an Administrator L3 to administer IBM MQ infrastructure. The role requires strong IBM MQ expertise, production experience with Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform, and day-to-day operational knowledge of OpenShift or Kubernetes. The administrator will work across automation, Git, clusters, MQ, and secrets, using tools such as ArgoCD, Kustomize, Vault, and enterprise certificate lifecycle management solutions.

The expected compensation ranges from $45,000 to $110,000. Final compensation depends on factors including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The position is eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, including medical and dental benefit options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options. Employment in some roles may be conditioned on successful completion of a post-offer drug screening, subject to applicable state law.

Requirements

• Strong IBM MQ knowledge, including queue managers, high-availability concepts, channels, security, and MQSC.
• Production experience with Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform, including job templates, credentials, surveys, and execution models.
• OpenShift or Kubernetes day-two operational experience, including namespaces, service accounts and RBAC, Secrets, Jobs, operators, and Routes.
• Experience with GitOps using ArgoCD and Kustomize.
• Experience with Vault, including KV, AppRole, and Kubernetes authentication, and enterprise certificate lifecycle management such as Venafi or similar.
• Comfort using Git, shell, and Python for automation tooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot end to end across automation, Git, clusters, MQ, and secrets.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Mandatory skill: IBM MQ infrastructure administration.
