About The Position
The Developer L3 develops and tests software modules based on client requirements and prepares project documentation while coordinating with cross-functional teams to support quality delivery. The role involves gathering business process requirements with client stakeholders, coding and configuring assigned modules, testing functionality, participating in User Acceptance Testing, and supporting application implementation and integration. The developer also documents project specifications, activities, and status, and collaborates with teams to check system compatibility and ensure solutions meet expected standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill: IBM Rational Rhapsody.
Responsibilities
- Assist with workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to gather business process requirements.
- Develop and deliver code for assigned modules in alignment with client requirements and ensure proper integration with system components.
- Execute testing for assigned modules and validate functionality across required interactions.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Participate in software application implementation and integration with other systems to ensure stability.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on project specifications, activities, and status.
- Present project information using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear, well-structured code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support development activities, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet expected standards.
