About The Position
The Developer L3 develops and tests software modules based on client requirements and prepares project documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams to support quality delivery. The role includes gathering business process requirements with client stakeholders, developing and integrating assigned modules, testing functionality, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting software implementation and system integration. The Developer also prepares project reports and specifications and collaborates with teams to check compatibility and ensure solutions meet expected standards.
Requirements
- Mandatory skill: Transformation Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to gather business process requirements.
- Develop and deliver code for assigned modules in alignment with client requirements, ensuring integration with system components.
- Execute testing for assigned modules and validate functionality across required interactions.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Participate in software application implementation and integration with other systems to support stability.
- Prepare reports and documentation on project specifications, activities, and status.
- Present information using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear, well-structured code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support development activities, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet expected standards.
