About The Position

CGI Federal is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst/Tester to join a cross-functional Agile team working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. This dual-role position involves capturing business requirements and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions through comprehensive testing. The role is based in CGI’s Baltimore, Maryland, or Fairfax, Virginia, office, with a hybrid working model acceptable. The position combines business analysis work—gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into user stories, and supporting Agile planning—with quality assurance responsibilities, including developing and executing tests, tracking defects, and validating features. The successful candidate will use JIRA and Confluence to support collaboration, backlog and defect management, and documentation. CGI Federal benefits are available to eligible professionals from their first day of employment. Employment offers in the U.S. are contingent on successfully completing a background investigation. New employees must comply with REAL ID requirements to obtain site access.
