Agile Business Analyst
About The Position
The Agile Business Analyst follows Agile practices and delivery routines and communicates work progress to stakeholders. The role leads defect triage, manages project risks, and supports release sign-off to help ensure successful deployments. The analyst works closely with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Experience using Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency and validate outputs is highly desirable. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with technical teams and business partners. This is a contract position based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a hybrid workplace arrangement. The stated pay range is $40.00–$45.00 per hour.
