Business Analyst

Backbase is seeking a professional to join their team as a Product Owner, responsible for guiding customers in achieving their customer experience vision. This role involves working closely with customers, Backbase UX design and development teams, and acting as a trusted consultant to successfully deliver enterprise solutions. The Product Owner will analyze, capture, and prioritize customer requirements, perform business process gap analysis, and provide solutions to overcome unique challenges. Additionally, managing customer expectations and translating their vision into a solid project plan is a key aspect of this role.

• Capture the essential requirements to help customers realize their customer experience vision
