Requirements

• Director, Enterprise Architecture: at least 10 years of IT and business/industry experience, including architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations; 3 years of leadership experience managing large cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior management and stakeholders.
• Manager, IT Business Planning: at least 7 years of IT and business work experience with broad exposure to technical environments and business segments; experience managing teams responsible for strategic planning, infrastructure, and operational support.
• Enterprise Architect: at least 7 years of IT work experience across multiple IT areas and 2–3 years of relevant enterprise-wide architecture experience in one or more specialty areas.
• Business Process Consultant: at least 7 years of IT experience, 4 years of process engineering experience, and 2 years of project management experience.
• IT Business Consultant: at least 7 years of relevant technical and business work experience; strong understanding of information systems, business processes, and business success measures.
• Business Analyst: at least 3 years of relevant technical or business work experience; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Director, Business Relationships: at least 10 years of IT and business work experience, at least 3 years managing teams responsible for strategic planning, business development, or client management, experience across diverse and complex business units, and very strong business acumen.
• Manager, Customer Relations: at least 7 years of relevant IT and business work experience, with experience managing teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture functions, governance, implementation, refinement, and communications about architecture standards.
• Develop and support IT business plans, align IT planning with organizational strategy, and coordinate planning assumptions and processes.
• Research, design, propose, and deliver enterprise architecture solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Analyze, redesign, document, and improve business processes, and plan transitions to new processes.
• Gather, analyze, document, and communicate business needs and requirements to IT; develop technology solutions with business leaders.
• Serve as a liaison between business communities and IT, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and facilitate communication through implementation.
• Manage strategic relationships between IT and business units or external customers, communicate priorities, resolve relationship issues, and support delivery of technology services.
• Support customer change management, assess business processes and requirements, and facilitate solution design, building, and testing.
