About The Position

The Vice President, OPS Business Planning and Analysis joins the GSS Operations team in Lake Mary, Florida. This role leads analysis and reporting supporting site operations, enterprise initiatives, and strategic planning. It sets approaches for gathering, organizing, and interpreting operational data, and turns complex information into reports, dashboards, and presentations that inform leadership decisions. The position builds and maintains automation and reporting infrastructure using tools such as Python, Power BI, Alteryx, and UiPath, and explores AI-enabled approaches to streamline workflows, surface insights, and reduce manual work. It owns informational and decision-seeking materials for senior stakeholders, communicates across technical and business audiences, and remains aligned with broader organizational performance measurement and reporting. The role also leads or contributes in a senior analytical capacity to cross-functional, often multi-year projects supporting enterprise and industry-wide initiatives. It identifies and advances process and technical improvements, develops business cases, and maintains shared team resources and workflows, including SharePoint-based tracking and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 7 years of experience in operations, business analysis, quality assurance, or a related function within financial services or a similarly complex environment.
Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale, multi-year projects tied to industry or enterprise initiatives, with increasing ownership and autonomy.
Strong technical proficiency in data and automation tools, including Python, Power BI, Alteryx, and UiPath, with the ability to build solutions.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and execution skills, including judgment to manage competing priorities under pressure.
Polished written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting findings and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders and management.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting treasury services, clearing, settlement, or other market infrastructure-related operations.
Practical experience applying AI or generative AI tools to operational problems, process automation, data synthesis, or decision support, and curiosity to continue advancing this work.
Experience leading or supporting large-scale transformation, regulatory, or industry-driven change initiatives.
Working knowledge of SharePoint for team collaboration, workflow, and documentation management.

Identify and drive process and technical improvements, build business cases, and help implement them.
Maintain and improve shared team resources and workflows, including SharePoint-based tracking and documentation.
