• Manager, IT Business Planning: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; at least 7 years of IT and business work experience across technical environments and business segments, including experience managing teams responsible for strategic planning, infrastructure, and operational support.
• Enterprise Architect: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; at least 7 years of IT experience across multiple IT areas and 2 to 3 years of relevant enterprise-wide architecture experience in one or more specialty areas.
• Business Process Consultant: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; at least 7 years of IT experience, 4 years of process engineering experience, and 2 years of project management experience.
• IT Business Consultant: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; at least 7 years of relevant technical and business work experience.
• Business Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; at least 3 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Director, Business Relationships: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; at least 10 years of IT and business experience, including at least 3 years managing teams responsible for strategic planning, business development, or client management; strong business acumen and experience with diverse, complex business units.
• Manager, Customer Relations: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; at least 7 years of relevant IT and business experience, including experience managing teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Director, Enterprise Architecture: Lead the enterprise architecture function, develop architecture requirements and governance, oversee implementation and refinement, communicate architecture standards, and advise IT and business leaders on technology solutions.
• Manager, IT Business Planning: Help define and implement IT business plans, coordinate planning across IT divisions, assess external IT and market conditions, align IT plans with business strategy, and work with Finance and Human Resources on resource and cost impacts.
• Enterprise Architect: Define and guide enterprise architecture, research and design solutions aligned with business and technology strategies, and build consensus for and execute architecture solutions.
• Business Process Consultant: Analyze and improve business processes, document current processes and gaps, design new processes and measures, and plan process transitions in alignment with organizational plans.
• IT Business Consultant: Liaise between IT and business leaders, gather and communicate business needs, improve business processes and metrics, influence technology solutions, and contribute to buy-versus-build decisions.
• Business Analyst: Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, analyze business operations, identify automation opportunities, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and facilitate communication through implementation.
• Director, Business Relationships: Serve as the strategic interface between IT and assigned business units, advise on IT initiatives, communicate project priorities, build trusted relationships with business executives, and enable business objectives through technology.
• Manager, Customer Relations: Manage strategic external customer relationships, clarify customer requirements with IT, resolve relationship issues, assess operational and financial impacts of offerings, and support change management and customer-focused solution design.
