About The Position

The Business Analysis Manager works within PNC's Treasury Management Operations Administration organization and is based remotely in either Cleveland, Ohio, or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role manages one or more teams conducting research and discovery, gathering and interpreting business and/or IT requirements, and contributing to processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting. It leads business analysts in articulating requirements and ensuring alignment across relevant functions, and may lead the gathering of complex IT requirements. The manager communicates with stakeholders to set expectations and priorities, consults on business cases and their scope, objectives, budgets, schedules, and risks, and establishes metrics and processes to verify that requirements are met. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements

A university or college degree, typically, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree.
Typically 5 or more years of industry-relevant experience.
Typically at least 3 years of prior management experience.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriate to the role.
Demonstrated skills in business needs, business processes, data analytics, decision making, management reporting, prioritization, and the Waterfall Model.
Competencies in analytical thinking, business case justification, business process design, problem solving, project management, requirements analysis, and service request management process.

Experience with AI technologies.
A proven track record of successfully implementing automated solutions into operations workflows.

Responsibilities

Manage one or more teams that conduct research and discovery and collect and interpret business and/or IT requirements.
Participate in developing and reviewing processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting.
Lead business analysts in collating and articulating business requirements and ensure strategic alignment between applicable functions.
May lead the collation of complex IT requirements.
Communicate with key stakeholders to establish expectations and priorities that support business processes.
Consult on business cases, including scope, objectives, budget, schedule, and risk assessment, considering integration with other business and IT operations.
Establish metrics and processes to ensure all requirements are fully met.
Focus on customer needs and satisfaction when making business decisions and developing customer solutions.
Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
