This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners. This role is responsible for leading and developing a team of Operations Project Consultants within Retail Credit Operations (RCO), ensuring the accurate, consistent, end-to-end capture of current-state operational workflows across the organization. Key responsibilities include owning and enforcing a common standard of documentation syntax and methodology, managing team capacity and engagement assignments, and safeguarding the quality and fidelity of artifacts. Job expectations include serving as the primary quality-control authority for current-state process capture while partnering with operational architects, transformation leaders, operational subject matter experts, and senior leadership across RCO to prioritize work, maintain consistency and accuracy, and feed a growing, high-integrity Process Object Library. The Business Strategy and Initiatives Manager balances people leadership, methodology governance, and delivery management, ensuring the team remains effective and that senior leadership remains engaged and informed.
