About The Position
This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as business support or project management
- Strong problem-solving and judgment skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive timely decisions
- Proven ability to develop executive ready communications and presentations that synthesize into clear, actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to influence, align stakeholders, and navigate complex organizations
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment
- Experience supporting executive leadership forums, including business reviews, offsites, talent planning, and strategic discussions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Consumer and/or Business products
- Experience with AI Tools (Copilot, M365)
- Bachelor's Degree

- Develops strategic and tactical plans to drive progress towards business goals and objectives
- Ensures compliance with enterprise policies across the organization
