As a Business Analytics Senior Manager within PNC's Technology Risk organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX or Strongsville, OH. As a Business Analytics Sr. Manager will have the following responsibilities: Leading a team of analysts and managing complex business analytics initiatives. Leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-enabled insights to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and trends that support strategic decision-making. Partner with business, technology, and risk leaders to translate strategic objectives into analytics, machine learning, and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision quality and operational effectiveness. Establishing performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks. Presenting insights and recommendations to senior management. Overseeing data quality, governance, and analytics best practices. Job Description Directs the strategic design, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions, service innovation and profitability. Leads development and execution of complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements. Leading the research, development and adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying technology-based business opportunities. Implementing mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, manages risk and meets the needs of the senior leadership. Directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Advanced experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience leading machine learning, predictive analytics, or data science initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, LLM-based solutions, and AI-assisted decision-support tools.
  • Experience developing analytics products that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, and Responsible AI principles.
  • Experience partnering with technology organizations to implement analytics and AI solutions at scale.
  • Strong leadership and people-management experience.
  • Experience influencing business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead the evaluation, development, and adoption of emerging analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities, identifying opportunities to improve risk management, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
