About The Position

The Senior Coordinator, Planning Operations is responsible for executing omnichannel offers and promotions across the Victoria’s Secret, PINK, and Beauty business units. The role maintains visibility into upcoming offers and promotions, communicates plans to cross-functional teams, gains alignment, tracks deliverables, and prepares materials for milestone meetings. It also serves as the central point of contact for offer-related inquiries and updates and supports process enhancements.

Requirements

Retail experience required.
College degree required.
Strong foundation in Smartsheet and the MS Office Suite.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships.
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of experience in retail operations or a communication-related position preferred.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and distribute the promotional calendar.
Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, and Ecommerce partners to ensure upcoming offers are accurate and communicated to stakeholders.
Ensure offer accuracy, including start and end dates, inclusion and exclusion rules, and offer details.
Alert impacted teams to updates and changes.
Manage and facilitate promotional planning and approval meetings.
Serve as a subject matter expert on offer and promotion details and timing.
Create and publish offer strategy for milestone meetings.
Prioritize offer focuses based on volume and strategy.
Ensure promotional tests are executed correctly and provide operational details to the testing team.
Create ad hoc documents to support offer planning meetings, such as calendars, offer overviews, and TY/LY views.
Act as the central hub for offer-related inquiries and updates.
Enhance and improve the process.
