About The Position

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. We are seeking a reliable and self‑motivated Driver to support linen operations located Balranald NSW 2715. This is a hands‑on role involving local driving and time‑critical tasks.

Requirements

• Open Driver Licence
• own reliable vehicle
• MR Licence – essential
• National Police Clearance - essential
• Comfortable completing a pre‑employment medical and drug screen (at our cost)
• Physically fit, dependable, and proactive with a can‑do attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and keep on top of daily schedules

Nice To Haves

• Forklift Licence – desirable but not required
• Truck‑driving experience highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Transporting Minning personal to and from town to site (140km) and from camp to site
• Tasks completed outside of bus operations in the camp (grounds, rubbish runs and similar tasks)
• Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day linen operations using strong time‑management skills
• Working safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Always following all safety policies and procedures
