About The Position
We are looking for a caring and reliable Aftercare Teacher/Bus Driver to join our team. This role is a unique blend of classroom support and safe transportation, ensuring children have a positive, fun, and nurturing experience every day.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Completion of ProSolutions transportation training (or willingness to complete).
- At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting.
- Knowledge of state childcare rules and regulations.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport children to and from school and scheduled activities in compliance with safety and licensing requirements.
- Perform pre- and post-trip bus inspections; maintain accurate transportation records.
- Supervise, engage, and support children during aftercare hours.
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity.
- Encourage cooperation, maintain discipline, and model positive behavior.
- Follow all state childcare regulations and center policies.
