About The Position

The Bus Driver ensures the safe transportation of children to and from the facilities. The role may also include serving as a teacher by helping create a nurturing environment, guiding young learners, planning engaging activities, and building strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Hold a CDL and the credentials necessary to work as a Bus Driver in Oklahoma.
• Pass a background check.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Have child passenger safety training.
• Have empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be flexible and adaptable to community needs and changing circumstances.
• Be capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

• Safely transport children to and from the facilities.
