About The Position
Budtenders are the main point of contact for customers and are responsible for direct product sales. Training and performance monitoring will support budtenders in assisting customers with their purchases. The role primarily involves working nights and weekends at the Brandon facility.
Requirements
- Must have transportation to the Brandon facility.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must pass a state-approved background check.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and push or pull a rolling cart containing products.
Responsibilities
- Sell products directly to customers.
- Educate customers about cannabis etiquette.
- Help customers choose products based on their needs.
- Fulfill in-person and online customer orders.
- Follow the dispensary’s compliance rules and regulations each day.
- Assist with delegated opening and closing tasks.
- Drive sales and customer retention through upselling and customer service.
