Budtender (Part-Time) - Brandon, SD
About The Position
Budtenders are the main point of contact for customers and are responsible for directly selling products. Training and performance monitoring will support budtenders in assisting customers with their purchases. The role includes educating customers about cannabis etiquette, helping them choose products based on their needs, and fulfilling both in-person and online orders. Budtenders also ensure daily compliance with dispensary rules and regulations, assist with delegated opening and closing tasks, and promote sales and customer retention through upselling and strong customer service. The position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push or pull a rolling cart containing products. Hours are primarily nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a high school diploma or completed GED.
- Must have transportation to the Brandon facility.
- Must clear a state-approved background check.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push or pull a rolling cart containing products.
