About The Position
Budtenders are responsible for the direct sale of products and serve as the main point of contact for customers. Training and performance monitoring will help budtenders assist customers as they purchase products. The role includes helping customers choose products based on their needs, fulfilling in-person and online orders, following dispensary compliance rules, and helping with opening and closing procedures. Budtenders are also expected to support sales and customer retention through upselling and customer service.
Requirements
- Have transportation to the Huron facility.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or completed GED.
- Clear a state-approved background check.
Responsibilities
- Sell products directly to customers.
- Educate customers about cannabis etiquette.
- Help customers choose products based on their needs.
- Fulfill in-person and online customer orders.
- Follow dispensary compliance rules and regulations daily.
- Assist with delegated opening and closing tasks.
- Drive sales and customer retention through upselling and customer service.
