East Tucson Budtender
About The Position
JARS Cannabis is hiring an entry-level Budtender for its East Tucson team. The role is suited to candidates with customer service experience, including retail or food service backgrounds; the company will provide training on cannabis. Budtenders assist patients and customers, help create a welcoming dispensary environment, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. This is a full-time position requiring at least 30 hours per week, with a schedule of five 8-hour shifts and two days off. Open availability is required to work any listed shift, including holidays: morning (6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.), mid (11 a.m.–7 p.m.), and closing (2:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m.). The posting also mentions Thursday–Saturday closing shifts at El Mirage from 3:30 p.m.–12:30 a.m. Pay is $15.50–$16 per hour plus a shared tip pool. Requirements
- Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.

- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for at least 8 hours daily.
- Comfort using a computer throughout the shift.

- Team-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
- Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
- Ability to move and lift at least 50 pounds.
- Personal smartphone required; iPhone iOS 14 or later or Android OS 4.4 or later.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must pass a standard background check and undergo a fingerprint background check.
