A new location is opening in Wentzville, MO, and the team is being built from the ground up, offering an opportunity to help create the company culture.

Requirements

Must be 21 or older.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Missouri DHSS-DCR Facility Agent ID before the first day.
Availability for rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.
Strong communication skills and ability to be a genuine listener.
Drivers License (Required)
Ability to Commute: Wentzville, MO 63385 (Required)

Nice To Haves

Prior retail, hospitality, food service, or customer-facing experience.
Familiarity with cannabis products, categories, or Missouri dispensary regulations.
Experience with a point-of-sale system.
MO Cannabis Facility Agent ID (Preferred)
Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Welcome and serve guests in a warm, professional, and non-judgmental way.
Ask questions to understand guest needs and make product recommendations.
Process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace.
Stay current on products, strains, and cannabis education.
Follow all Missouri DHSS-DCR regulations and Vibe City compliance standards.
Contribute to a team that solves problems and seeks improvement.
