About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, preparing quality drinks efficiently, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment. The work is physically demanding and involves standing and moving quickly while serving a steady flow of customers, with shifts that may last up to 10 hours. The role requires readiness to work in varied weather conditions and may involve pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. Compensation is $11.00 per hour base pay plus average tips of $5.50 per hour; actual tips may vary and are not guaranteed.
