About The Position

The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, providing friendly, energetic service while connecting with customers and helping create a fun, welcoming experience. The role involves working quickly in a busy shop, preparing high-quality drinks, guiding customers through the menu, and keeping the workspace clean while following food safety standards. It is fast-paced and physically demanding, with employees on their feet and moving throughout shifts of up to 10 hours. Broistas work closely with their crew, show up reliably for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings, and participate in training, certifications, and knowledge tests. The posting describes opportunities for growth within the shops, headquarters, Emerging Talent Program, and warehouse or fulfillment teams. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay, plus average tips of $7.25 per hour.
