About The Position

Dishwashers must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. They are organized, efficient, and provide clean and safe dishes and small wares for restaurant operations.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Must have strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50lbs as needed with assistance.
  • Continuous use of hand and arms.
  • Continuous standing, walking, reaching and twisting.

Responsibilities

  • Report to work as scheduled, on time, and dressed in proper uniform.
  • Able to safely operate a commercial dish machine.
  • Safely use chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Able to re-stock and move effortlessly between active cook lines.
  • Cleaning and organizing duties are completed accurately and on time.
  • Meet minimum food prep requirements.
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.
