About The Position

Reata dishwashers work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. They are organized and efficient and provide clean and safe dishes and small wares for restaurant operations. The role includes operating a commercial dish machine, safely using cleaning and sanitizing chemicals, restocking, completing cleaning and organizing duties, performing minimum food preparation, and helping ensure food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds as needed with assistance.
• Continuous use of hands and arms.
• Continuous standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Report to work as scheduled, on time, and dressed in the proper uniform.
• Safely operate a commercial dish machine.
• Safely use chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing.
• Restock and move between active cook lines.
• Complete cleaning and organizing duties accurately and on time.
• Perform minimum food preparation requirements.
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to protect guests.
