About The Position

The Broista is the customer-facing team member at a Dutch Bros Coffee shop, providing friendly, energetic service in a fast-paced environment. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, preparing quality drinks efficiently, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. The job is physically demanding and requires standing and moving quickly through busy shifts of up to 10 hours, working in varied weather conditions, and sometimes pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards.
