About The Position
The Broista represents Dutch Bros Coffee by creating friendly, positive customer experiences and preparing high-quality drinks in a fast-paced shop. The role involves greeting customers, building genuine connections, helping them navigate the menu, and delivering prompt, welcoming service while keeping up with a steady flow of orders. Broistas work as part of a supportive crew, maintain a clean workspace, follow food safety standards, and show up reliably for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. The position is physically demanding and involves standing and moving quickly for shifts of up to 10 hours, working in varied weather conditions, and potentially pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. Compensation is $20.00 per hour base pay plus an average of $3.50 per hour in tips; actual tips may vary.
